The factory laboratory is the nationally recognized "CNAS laboratory" and "special cement central laboratory". At present, it has 150000 tons of aluminate series cement and 10000 tons of rotary kiln calcination α- Production capacity of alumina series products. The products are widely used in the market of refractory materials, building materials and ceramic materials. At the first stop of the visit, Tian Xin, the manager of the safety and environment department of Jianai, gave us a safety training before entering the site and provided us with safety protection equipment. Later, we were guided to visit the factory, which took 40 minutes to pass through the packaging and delivery area, the maintenance warehouse and the periphery of the main production workshop. The on-site material storage yard shall be stored by category, and the identification shall be clear. Display boards play a very important role in on-site management. Every place you go, you will see various display boards about safety, quality and production; The main road is equipped with sprinkler, which can automatically sprinkle water irregularly, and the dust reduction effect is very good.
After the visit, Mr. Qin, the sales director, introduced the development history, organizational structure and business development of Jianai in the conference room of Jianai. Then, Jianai and our staff had in-depth and detailed discussions on how to optimize the products, how to improve the safety work quality of employees, and how to strengthen the construction of the management team. The heads of all departments of Jianai explained the relevant issues according to the key points discussed.
Tian Xin, the manager of the Safety and Environment Department, mainly explained the safety problems. From the group company to the Zhengzhou plant area, Tian Xin explained the importance of safety prevention and control awareness training, set up a special DuPont safety management system, and explained in detail the prevention of accidents in the plant.
Zhou Yu, the manager of the Process Department, explained the process control, and introduced the continuous improvement of Jianai from ISO quality system to green environmental protection system, health and safety system, and environmental protection system certification. Li Yonggang, the manager of the manufacturing department, explained the product manufacturing. First of all, he talked about the safety production.
